1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on RajaBooster.net, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions stated below. These terms apply to all users, resellers, and visitors of RajaBooster.net. Continued use of the panel signifies your ongoing acceptance of any future updates or changes.

2. General Conditions

• All services on RajaBooster.net carry a natural risk of drops. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk fully.
• “Non Drop” or “Zero Drop” services are not guaranteed under any circumstances.
• RajaBooster.net reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Service Usage & Responsibilities

• Orders placed through RajaBooster.net are final. Ensure your link, username, or profile information is accurate before placing an order.
• You agree to use our services responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Any use of RajaBooster.net for spam, fraud, harassment, or malicious intent is strictly prohibited.
• You acknowledge that all social media platforms have their own Terms of Service, and you agree to comply with them while using our services.
• RajaBooster.net is not affiliated with any social media platform, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube.

4. Order Policies

• All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once an order has started.
• If your account is private, restricted, or not compatible, the order may fail — no refund will be issued.
• Drops may occur at any time due to provider performance or platform algorithm changes. Customers must be prepared for this risk.
• Refill is only available if:
  - The service has an active refill period
  - The provider approves the refill
  - The drop meets the provider’s criteria
  - Otherwise, refund will not be provided.

5. Refill & Refund

• Refunds (if approved) WILL NOT be returned to Touch ’n Go, bank accounts, e-wallets or any external methods.
  All refunds are credited strictly as RajaBooster panel balance ONLY.
• Panel balance is non-withdrawable and must be spent inside RajaBooster.
  Once topped up, the balance belongs to your panel account and cannot be cashed out under any circumstance.
• Refill requests are processed only if the provider supports it.
• Refunds will not be issued for completed or in-progress orders.
• If a service is marked completed by the provider, RajaBooster.net may issue a refund as panel balance only after verification of an actual malfunction.

6. Pricing & Rate Changes

• All service rates on RajaBooster.net are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices fluctuate based on provider costs, platform updates, or API performance.
• The total cost for your order will always be calculated based on the price displayed at the time of checkout.

7. Account Balance & Transactions

• All top-ups are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.
• Panel balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted into cash.
• RajaBooster.net does not process bank disputes or chargebacks — attempting this may result in permanent suspension.

8. API Access & Reseller Terms

• RajaBooster.net provides API access for verified resellers only.
• Abuse of API endpoints, spam requests, or attempts to manipulate data may result in IP bans or account termination.
• Resellers must handle their own end-user support. RajaBooster.net is only responsible for the services listed in our system and not for your customers’ issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

• RajaBooster.net is not responsible for drops, delays, bans, or losses caused by platform changes or your own misuse.
• You use the service at your own risk, and you agree not to hold RajaBooster.net liable for any negative outcomes.
• By continuing to order, you acknowledge that risks are part of every service, and refunds outside the panel balance will never be provided.

10. Privacy & Data Security

• We do not share or sell your personal data to any third parties.
• All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment gateways.
• RajaBooster.net may store non-sensitive information (e.g., order history, usage logs) for performance analytics and fraud prevention.

11. Violation of Terms

• Any violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent termination without refund.
• RajaBooster.net reserves the right to remove, disable, or limit access to your account at any time if misuse or suspicious activity is detected.

12. Final Agreement

⚠️ MANDATORY: By using RajaBooster.net, you acknowledge and agree to ALL rules stated above without exception. Failure to read them does NOT exclude you from responsibility.

By using RajaBooster.net, you acknowledge that:

1. You fully understand and accept that all services carry natural risks, including drops.
2. No monetary refunds will ever be sent back to your bank, e-wallet, or Touch ’n Go. All refunds = panel balance only.
3. Panel balance cannot be withdrawn and must be spent inside RajaBooster.
4. You agree to follow all future updates to the Terms of Service.
